Scope of Work

- Evaluate and identify contents claims through photographic evidence, providing detailed valuation and inventory assessments.
- Draft clear, well-reasoned determination reports mirroring the documentation standards of licensed adjusters.
- Apply comparative fault and liability principles to support precise and defensible claim outcomes.
- Communicate findings and rationale through succinct, professional written and verbal feedback as required.
- Contribute to the development of data and insights that will advance AI system accuracy and reliability in insurance claims processing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance claims management with a focus on auto liability, property, catastrophe, and contents assessment.
- Active state adjuster license, or professional certifications such as AIC, CPCU, HAAG, or ACTAR.
- Demonstrated experience with comparative fault determination and complex liability assessments.
- Expertise in interpreting and analyzing photographic, video, and aerial imagery within an insurance claims context.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical reasoning clearly and professionally.
- Track record of producing thorough, accurate claim documentation and valuation reports.
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote, tech-enabled environment, leveraging digital tools for remote evidence review and report submission.
