  • Define and implement match and merge rules, survivorship logic, golden records, hierarchies, workflows, stewardship processes, and data-quality controls.
  • Perform data profiling, anomaly investigation, root-cause analysis, and data-quality assessments using SQL and other analytical tools.
  • Understand source systems, business processes, data domains, and downstream data consumption.
  • Design and support production-grade data pipelines and integrations between MDM platforms, cloud data warehouses, operational systems, APIs, and analytical platforms.
  • Review and guide technical designs, data models, SQL, pipelines, code, and implementation approaches.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership to onshore and offshore engineering teams.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Data Stewards, business stakeholders, architects, and senior technology leaders.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and governed technical solutions.
  • Support data governance, metadata, lineage, stewardship, and operating-model initiatives.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and drive initiatives through completion.
  • Identify opportunities to apply modern engineering and AI-native approaches to data quality, automation, and productivity.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, MDM, software engineering, or a related technical field.
