Role Title: Italian Audio Recording Expert
Role Type: Contractor

micro1 is engaging Italian Audio Recording Experts to contribute to a customer's project focused on large-scale audio data creation. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Produce and deliver clear, high-fidelity audio recordings in native Italian, adhering to detailed project specifications.
- Utilize professional-grade audio equipment to achieve optimal sound quality and minimize background noise.
- Follow provided scripts or prompts accurately while maintaining natural speech and intonation.
- Submit sample recordings as part of the project’s initial evaluation process using your best recording setup.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical contacts via written and verbal communication to ensure deliverable quality and consistency.
- Provide feedback on recording guidelines and suggest improvements based on your expertise.
- Ensure timely completion and secure transfer of audio files according to project protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native proficiency in Italian, with impeccable diction and pronunciation.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in professional audio recording or voice work.
- Demonstrated expertise with industry-standard audio hardware and software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and correspondence.
- Ability to deliver polished samples using your own high-quality recording equipment.
- Experience working with scripted audio projects, such as voiceover, narration, or dubbing.
- Previous collaboration on media, tech, or linguistic data projects is a plus.
