Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Manager
Job Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert input on commercial real estate concepts, feasibility studies, and property valuations for AI model development.
- Review and analyze commercial lease agreements and contribute to the creation of realistic property management scenarios.
- Collaborate with other subject matter experts to evaluate property management best practices and industry standards.
- Deliver clear, detailed written explanations of commercial real estate transactions and market trends for data training purposes.
- Identify nuances in legal and regulatory frameworks affecting commercial real estate across US, Canada, UK, and Europe where applicable.
- Participate in iterative feedback cycles, ensuring the highest accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
- Communicate insights effectively with project managers and technical teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Property Valuation Appraiser, or Property Manager.
- Comprehensive knowledge of feasibility studies, lease agreements, and property management strategies.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong ability to convey complex real estate concepts clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with market analysis and commercial property appraisals.
- Experience working with diverse teams, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism in a remote setting.
- Availability for a minimum of 10+ hours per week to contribute high-quality deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Location preference for candidates based in US, Canada, UK; exceptional professionals from Europe or LATAM will also be considered.
- Prior experience participating in AI, data training, or technology-driven real estate projects is advantageous.
