About the Role
Turing invites Business Consulting Experts to join projects that fine-tune AI models. If you enjoy solving ambiguous business problems, analyzing complex situations, and providing clear, structured feedback, this is your chance to put your expertise to work in a new way. Your experience in consulting, strategy, or operations will help shape how the next generation of AI understands and reasons about business decisions.
What You’ll Do

Apply a structured rubric to assess problem framing, assumptions, reasoning, analysis, and practicality of recommendations. Identify gaps, edge cases, and blind spots in strategic and operational thinking. Provide detailed annotations and written feedback to refine AI models. Collaborate with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, operations, or a related generalist role. Strong ability to analyze ambiguous business problems and develop practical recommendations. Broad understanding of business models, market analysis, process improvement, and organizational decision-making. Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
